The website tech-club-spain.com does not collect personal data from visitors: it has no forms, accounts, cookies, analytics or third-party trackers. This page explains what that means and how the community in Telegram handles your data.
What the website collects
The website is a set of static pages. It does not ask you for a name, email or any other personal data, does not set cookies and does not load fonts, scripts or images from other domains.
Like any web server, the hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address and request time to deliver the pages and protect the service against abuse. We do not use this data to identify you.
Joining the community
Membership is handled in Telegram, not on this website. When you send a request to join and introduce yourself, you share information with the club administration and members through Telegram, and Telegram's own privacy policy applies to that data.
The administration uses the details you give in your request only to decide whether to admit you and to moderate the chat. Do not share sensitive personal data in the chat.
Links to other services
The website links to Telegram, LinkedIn, Instagram and Threads. These services have their own privacy policies, and we do not control how they process your data.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you may ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its processing, and to complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
To exercise these rights, write to the club administration in the Telegram community, or through our LinkedIn page. We will answer within one month.
Changes
We may update this policy when the website or the way the community works changes. The date of the last update is shown on this page.
