Spain speeds up AI spending in government, but only 27% of projects scale

According to a Capgemini report, Spain's public sector will spend 7.4% of its IT budget on AI by 2027, above the European average and ahead of Germany and France. However, only 27% of current AI initiatives move from pilot to full operation; most stall at the testing stage.
